Refund policy
Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@eyeslabrand.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your package. You are responsible for shipping costs. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can properly correct your order.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
No exchanges are offered on products once an order is placed.
Refund Process
We will notify you via email once we receive and inspect your return to let you know if the refund is approved or rejected. If approved, you will be issued a store gift card in the same amount paid for the item returned excluding shipping cost.
